Audrey Lundy
Audrey Lundy brings experience as a journalist, community relations manager and communications professional to her work as Central Texas Public Relations Manager for Verizon Wireless. In her role, she is responsible for media relations, community relations, employee communications and special events across most of Texas and northern Louisiana for the nation’s leading wireless carrier.
She is an experienced community relations professional. Before joining Verizon, she was the communications manager for American Red Cross Blood Services, where she served as the spokesperson for Texas and managed the agency’s regional PR, media relations, community relations, employee communications and crisis communications.
Audrey gained valuable experience as a community relations professional while working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. As community relations manager, she handled community and employee volunteer projects for the renowned vacation destination.
She began her career at The Dallas Morning News. As a reporter with the Metropolitan section, she covered news in various neighborhoods of Dallas and the surrounding area.
A graduate of the University of New Mexico with degrees in journalism and dance, Audrey has completed the Orlando Leadership Program, is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and volunteers with the Dallas Independent School District. She is married and has one child.
