Sheldon Jones is Verizon Wireless’ public relations manager for the Philadelphia Tri-State Region, serving central and eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. Sheldon writes about 4G LTE’s impact in local markets, the latest smartphones, wireless data solutions and Verizon Wireless’ community efforts. Sheldon has more than 20 years of experience in the communications field, including 11 years in the wireless industry. He joined Verizon Wireless in 2001. Prior to that, he worked for several years at a Philadelphia-based public relations agency and has also worked as a writer and editor for N.Y.-based Black Enterprise Magazine.
