New Verizon Wireless Video Available: Connecting Arizona Communities During The Wallow Fire

Background:
During the critical week of June 3-June 10, 2011, Verizon Wireless deployed Cells on Wheels (COWs) to Alpine, Ariz., Nutrioso, Ariz., and Reserve, N.M., to provide wireless coverage and capacity for firefighters and other emergency personnel battling the Wallow Fire. Additionally, the company boosted wireless calling coverage and capacity by deploying three repeaters to communities in the White Mountains to keep first responders and customers connected.
