MADDEN NFL 12 By EA Sports Free For Verizon Wireless Android Users This Weekend

With the NFL season in high gear, Verizon Wireless and EA Sports have teamed up to offer free downloads of MADDEN NFL 12 on select Android™ smartphones.

The free download will be available from midnight Friday, Oct. 1 to midnight, Monday, Oct. 3. Here’s how to get the free download through V CAST Apps:

• Dial **madden on your Android smartphone to receive a text message with a link for the free download. (Regular message and data rates apply).
• Or, go directly to the Verizon Media Store.

With MADDEN NFL 12, players can chose from 32 NFL teams and battle it out in their true-to-life stadiums, make trades, tracks stats and launch winning strategies from in-depth playbooks, unique to each team.

The free download is available to Verizon Wireless customers using select Android phones including the DROID Charge by Samsung, the DROID Incredible 2 by HTC, the DROID X by Motorola and the Revolution™ by LG. (Message and data rates may apply to game download and use).

And, don’t forget all customers with Verizon wireless smartphones -- including the iPhone 4 -- can watch live NFL games, including Sunday Night and Monday Night football on their devices through the NFLMobile App.
