Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network Available In Galesburg, Ill. Starting 11/15

WHO:
Verizon Wireless, operator of the nation’s largest 4G LTE network and largest, most reliable 3G network

WHAT:
Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network coming to Galesburg, Ill., on Nov. 15.  Verizon Wireless customers in Galesburg will be able to experience the speed and capabilities offered by the innovative solutions available on its 4G LTE network when the company introduces the service tomorrow. 

WHERE:
Residents and visitors to the area will experience 4G speeds in the city of Galesburg, and additionally in East Galesburg, Henderson, Wataga and Knoxville.

WHEN:
Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012

BACKGROUND:
The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network offers more 4G LTE coverage than all other competitors’ networks combined.  The network is currently available to more than 250 million people throughout the United States.  On Nov. 15, the network will expand to offer 4G LTE service in more than 440 markets throughout the country.
