Verizon Wireless dedicates a talented team of test men and women across the country to monitor its network and its competitors’ networks to stay ahead of customers’ wireless needs through network performance measurement and competitor benchmarking. Using sophisticated testing equipment in specially equipped company vehicles, these men and women conduct more than 3.5 million voice call attempts and more than 19 million data tests annually on Verizon Wireless’ and other national wireless carriers’ networks while traveling almost 1 million miles of the most frequently traveled roadways nationwide. |
