How did you become a Test Man? I became a baseline driver through the RCC acquisition.
What’s the most rewarding part of your day? In the areas I test, I drive in the most beautiful scenery in the northeast.
Which traits make you a successful Test Man? Consistency, reliability, and being responsible for what I do all contribute to my being a good tester.
What does “It’s the Network” mean to you? This is the most important aspect of our company. A strong network will ensure our customer base.
Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day? To ensure our network is what we say it is. We truly know our coverage and compare it against another test vendor.
What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network? Aroostook County in Northern Maine.
How does Verizon Wireless use the data you collect? Verizon Wireless uses the data to compare against other carriers and to compare against a third party testing company to also compare results.
What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network? Consumers should know that Verizon Wireless stands behind their network.
What achievement/aspect of your job are you most proud of? So far, achieving my job while remaining conservative and self- sufficient to the greatest extent possible.
