How did you become a Test Man? I spent a little time in the Marines working as a Field Radio Operator and was involved in all aspects of military communication equipment. I was given a chance to join one of the largest wireless communication companies and I’ve been here ever since.
What’s the most rewarding part of your day? Not dropping a single call on a Test Drive.
Which traits make you a successful Test Man? Being capable of working long hours with little or no supervision and one common goal to be the best of the best.
What does “It’s the Network” mean to you? An overwhelming obligation to our customers to ensure the BEST wireless communication experience.
Why does Verizon Wireless need to test the network every day? To ensure that Verizon Wireless continues to be the best and most reliable wireless communications network in the United States.
What is the most unique place you have visited to test the Verizon Wireless network? Lost Coast, California. It’s undisturbed old growth wilderness in the middle of coastal redwoods and pines that's absolutely breathtaking. The water is aquamarine blue and has a vast amount of sea life.
What should consumers know about the Verizon Wireless network? Every employee goes above and beyond to give the consumer the BEST.
